These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Dinoki Labs ("Dinoki", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Dinoki application and our related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. The Service

Dinoki is an application that runs on your Mac and lets you use AI models, including models that run locally on your device and models that run in the cloud. The Dinoki source code is open source and is licensed separately under the MIT License.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

5. Open Source

The Dinoki application source code is available under the MIT License. Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under that license.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinoki Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
